Purchasing an Application

Payments are handled by secure third-party services. For apps sold through the Mac App Store (such as Calento), Apple's standard policies apply. For apps sold directly (such as Modoki), payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more details on how they handle your data.

Using My Applications

None of my applications collect or transmit your personal data. All data remains local on your device. Internet access may be used to verify licenses and check for updates, but this process does not involve collecting personal information.


Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("the Software") developed by Maksym Oliinyk ("the Author"), you agree to the terms outlined below. Please note that specific applications may have their own End-User License Agreements (EULA) which supplement or override these general terms.

For applications distributed through the Mac App Store, your use of the Software is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End-User License Agreement (EULA), unless a custom EULA is provided with the application.

Licensing and Use

Unless otherwise specified in an application's EULA, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

No Warranty or Liability for Damages

You use the Software at your own risk. The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty. The Author does not warrant fitness of the Software for any purpose. The Author shall in no event be liable for any kind of damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, related to the Software or its use.


Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with my apps. If something isn't working right or you're not satisfied, please email me at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. I'll do my best to help you out or issue a refund if needed.

For Mac App Store purchases (such as Calento), you will need to request a refund through Apple. For direct purchases processed through Paddle.com (such as Modoki), refunds may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
