Buying Modoki

All payments are securely handled by Paddle.com Market Limited. Please refer to their privacy policy for more details.

Using Modoki

Modoki may require access to keyboard shortcuts or system events to function properly. It does not collect or transmit personal data. Internet access is used solely to verify licenses and check for updates. If you're concerned about these connections, you can use firewall software like Little Snitch or Radio Silence (note that blocking connections will disable automatic updates).


User Agreement

By installing or using Modoki (“the Software”) developed by Maksym Oliinyk (“the Author”), you agree to this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”).

Changes to the User Agreement

The Author reserves the right to update or change this agreement at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Software after changes, you agree to the updated terms. The latest version of the EULA will always be available on this page.

Licensing and Ownership

When purchasing a license for the Software, you may install the Software on up to two (2) personal Mac devices for your personal use. You may not sell or distribute your license, other licenses, the Software, or parts of the Software to others.

Your license does not give you ownership of the Software. All rights to the Software are owned by the Author.

No Warranty or Liability for Damages

You use the Software at your own risk. The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty. The Author does not warrant fitness of the Software for any purpose.

The Author shall in no event be liable for any kind of damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, related to the Software or its use.


Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with Modoki. If something isn't working right or you're not satisfied, just email me at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Be sure to include your order number or the email you used when buying, so I can quickly find your transaction and help you out. I'll reply as soon as possible and issue a refund if needed.

Payments go through Paddle.com, so refunds might take a few days to appear back in your account depending on your payment method.
